| Project
brief: Design and supply prototype replacement motorcycle rear suspension links. Project output: Cad data required for laser cutting service. Manufacture of samples: laser cut, 6mm thick 306 stainless steel plate, holes drilled to size and manual de-burring, cleaning up, etc.  Standard link has a 140mm center distance.  +8mm link length lowers rear by about 22mm, dxf file (10mm diamter pilot holes) +4mm link length lowers rear by about 11mm, dxf file (10mm diameter pilot holes) |
